Irma attended Savannah College of Art and Design for two years and then transferred to Boston Architectural College to complete her degree in Interior Design. In Boston, Irma worked for a prominent hospitality firm, Niemitz Design Group, designing multiple restaurants along the east coast. Once in New York, she worked for two notable firms, MKDA, specializing incorporate interiors and Stonehill Taylor, concentrating on high end hospitality projects such as luxury hotels.
Irma grew up in New Jersey traveling into New York City on the weekend with her father, an architect himself. They walked through the busy streets with their heads to the sky observing and appreciating all the architectural details the city has to offer. Irma has traveled through Europe and Asia soaking up the unique vernacular and distinctive design inspirations each country provides. The firm has their eyes to the future, forever expanding its world view, learning and being inspired by other cultures, people, and design influences.
