PROJECT SCOPE

The family was seeking a comfortable yet sophisticated office space. The office has a small footprint on the 21st floor, serving as the reception area, with a convenience stair connecting to the 22nd floor main office space. The main office consists of a large boardroom, enclosed butler’s pantry, private offices, open lounge, new restrooms, and several outside terraces for entertaining. Along with the fit out of the interiors, we extended the public elevator hoist way and motor room to allow a new elevator entrance to the 22nd floor.

PROJECT SCOPE

CBM&S is a law firm located at 14 Penn Plaza specializing in general law. They handle a wide variety of cases and wanted their office to reflect their diverse clientele. The office is quite large including a reception area, a large boardroom, two conference rooms and one huddle room, an open and inviting pantry, many private offices, two new private restrooms, and a space for lectures.

PROJECT SCOPE

Broadcom is a well-established technology company that needed a satellite office in New York City. Since this office will mostly act as temporary work and meeting spaces for various employees when they visit, I knew I could be more adventurous with the design. We installed a faux wood luxury vinyl tile in a herringbone pattern throughout the space to balance the opulence of natural wood flooring with the durability of vinyl. In the small huddle rooms, I used a patterned carpet tile with blue accents and extended that blue color onto an accent wall paint. For the back office space, we utilized wood doors in black oak adding extra elegance and incorporated the same black oak wood look in the pantry and reception for the millwork. Together, we created a sophisticated yet playful composition, mixing classic New York aesthetics with a fun techy vibe.

Eden Global Partners is a new start-up financial investment company who sought to design a functional and inviting office for prospective clients, partners, and employees. Along with the design of their office, the entire floor was redesigned, including the public corridors, elevator, lobby, and common restrooms. The program for the office consists of a secured reception area, private restroom for clients, a boardroom, several smaller conference rooms, private offices, open workspace, open lounge areas, eat-in pantry, gym, and shower room.

Elion Partners is a real estate development company based in Florida with an expanding footprint in the NYC area. For their new office, design and functionality are the main priorities for their clientele and employees. The office consists of a secured reception area, large boardroom, three small conference rooms, an enclosed pantry, open coffee bar, lounge, mothers’ room, and open workspace. The space captures their Florida roots with colorful walls, upholstery, and unique lighting.

PROJECT SCOPE

FL Putnam is a historic investment firm looking to make a mark on New York City after their recent expansion. They desired a sleek modern yet inviting new office space to help attract future clients and entice high-level employees. We utilized a bold large-scale porcelain tile throughout the common areas with carpet tile under the workstations, in the private offices and meeting rooms to help dampen sound. In the open work area, we used a large square pendant to help define and elegantly center the space. We incorporated striking blue accents throughout the office with a wallcovering in reception, blue tile in their private restrooms and a combination of blue laminate and paint in the pantry for a dynamic effect.

PROJECT SCOPE

The space includes a library, conference area, lounge, coffee bar, and ADA restroom. Each area was thoughtfully planned to utilize every inch of space, creating various uses in a small footprint. The building now rents the space to tenants as they need additional space from time to time, and can be used for leasing agents, and other building meetings.
