Family Office

This family office is located in the penthouse at 445 Park Ave. They wanted to create a space for casual meetings, lounging, and handling new business. The office has a small footprint on the 21st floor, serving as the reception area, with a convenience stair connecting to the 22nd floor main office space. The main office consists of a large boardroom, enclosed butler’s pantry, private offices, open lounge, new restrooms, and several outside terraces for entertaining. Along with the fit out of the interiors, we extended the public elevator hoist way and motor room to allow a new elevator entrance to the 22nd floor.

The family was seeking a comfortable yet sophisticated office space. This will serve as a place for their family to gather and host important private events. We wanted to ensure the refined style of the family was reflected with a thought-out, well-appointed design. Each public area utilizes deep walnut paneling with metal reveals. In the private, family-only areas, we incorporated lighter wood to make the spaces feel more relaxed and inviting. There is one coffee bar located in the reception and two bars with built-in custom millwork on the 22nd floor.
